Who is Tony Keeler? – Part V, Cadaqués
The filming of the ‘Who is Tony Keeler?’ documentary, has taken us to capture the witnesses of friends, family and people that the photographer has met through the years around Barcelona and Sitges. We also visited the opening of the Festimatge (Image Festival in Calella) where a selection of his works was exhibited. The adventure has recently continued in Cadaqués, where the Keeler family has spent various periods of time and still keeps a solid link with the village. There, we interviewed Mercè Fort, Patrick Domken and Catherine Sagnier, three gallery owners and art dealers that have added a new dimension to the artist’s portrait that we are building. La filmación del documental ‘Who is Tony Keeler?’ nos ha llevado a recoger los testimonios de amigos, familiares y conocidos en Barcelona y Sitges. También visitamos Calella en motivo de la Inauguración del Festimatge (festival de la imagen) donde se exponía una selección de sus obras. La aventura ha seguido este mayo en Cadaqués donde la familia Keeler ha pasado varias temporadas y sigue conservando un sólido vínculo con el pueblo. Allí, hemos entrevistado a Mercè Fort, Patrick Domken y Catherine Sagnier, tres galeristas que han aportado una nueva dimensión al retrato del artista que estamos construyendo. També vam visitar Calella en motiu de l’obertura del Festimatge (Festival de la Imatge) on s’hi exposava una selecció de les seves obres. L’aventura ha seguir aquest maig a Cadaqués, on la família Keeler ha passat diverses temporades i encara conserva un sòlid lligam amb el poble.
